Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, part of the BMW Group, is offering a 12.5-month placement year in the Accessories Product team at Goodwood. You will support the Product Manager and Engineers, gaining exposure to product design, market implementation and launches across various departments.

An undergraduate student, preferably in Design/Engineering, will contribute to strategic topics and regional alignments while shaping future accessories.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Design or Engineering.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Interest in product design and market research is essential.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented with good communication skills.
• A genuine passion for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and automotive innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Accessories Product team with product/market research and present findings.
• Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Design and present potential new product ideas.
• Ensure all regional communication is provided in a timely manner.
• Provide general support to the Accessories Product Team and Engineers.
