Job summary

BMW Group's Regional Business Development internship at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites you to contribute to dealer strategy, market analysis, and program development while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury automotive region.

You will support the regional team across UK, Europe and Central Asia, liaising with dealers, evaluating market opportunities, and helping set up new dealer partnerships during your placement year.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:1 or above in a Business, Economics, Management or related degree.
• Strong desire to implement ideas and develop RRMC operations.
• Very good level of English; fluent preferred; European language helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Strong international and cross-cultural awareness; automotive luxury knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support all current and future commercial and commerce activities in the Region’s markets.
• Manage the annual Dealer Business plans; liaise between RRMC and regional partners.
• Communicate with dealers regarding contracts, training, audits and performance results.
• Analyze market studies and wealth reports to inform Directors or Board.
• Coordinate dealer and commercial development activities including contracts to new candidates and setup.
• Represent the Brand with dealer visits and regional events (Goodwood Revival, Festival of Speed).
• Work with Regional Sales and Marketing Managers to create programs focused on customer centricity.
• Collaborate with RRMC departments to maintain brand retail standards.
• Provide administrative support (meetings, catering, event management).
• Training opportunities to learn about vehicles and experience the product first-hand.
• Opportunity to own projects and implement changes for RRMC operations.
• Develop and propose ideas to influence future operations of RRMC.
