• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Process and reconcile intercompany accounts.

• Perform general administrative and other accounting duties as required.

Position Overview

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team!

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconciliations of vendor accounts to statements.
• Reconcile floor plans, warranty schedules and accounts.
• Process and reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Responsible for effectively communicating, assisting, and collaborating with all internal and external clients and vendors. Take ownership of issues and ensure a successful resolution.
• General administrative tasks as assigned.
• Other accounting department duties as required.

Qualifications Required

• Accounts Payable experience is an asset and preference given to candidates with previous automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Experience with CDK dealer management software is preferred.
• Must have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively maintain a schedule that is driven by monthly deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional work ethic
• Training and support within the role will be provided.
