Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies Saskatchewan Region is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team. The role focuses on processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting intercompany and floor-plan activities with a strong emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely payments and clear communication. Prior automotive dealership accounting exposure and Excel skills are highly valued for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience preferred in an automotive dealership.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Experience with CDK Dealer Management Software is preferred.
• Must prioritize tasks and meet monthly deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile vendor accounts to statements.
• Reconcile floor plans, warranty schedules and accounts.
• Process and reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal/external clients and vendors, ensuring resolution of issues.
• Support general accounting tasks as assigned.
• Assist with other Accounting duties as needed.
