Now Hiring : 442A Industrial Electrician

Wage : $32.00–$40.00 / hour (based on experience)

Shift : 2-Week Rotating Schedule

Location : Guelph, ON

An industry-leading automotive manufacturing facility in Guelph is seeking a certified and experienced 442A Industrial Electrician to join their dynamic maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment supporting CNC machinery, robotics, and advanced automation systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide range of CNC equipment including lathes, mills, washers, and balancers

Work with robotic and automated systems, including ABB and Fuji cells

Interpret and apply electrical blueprints, schematics, and the Ontario Electrical Safety Code to ensure safe and efficient operations

Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and maintain peak equipment performance

Qualifications :

Valid Certificate of Qualification – 442A Industrial Electrician (mandatory)

Completed electrical apprenticeship

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficient in troubleshooting CNC systems and controls

Strong understanding of electrical codes , blueprints, and schematics
