Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative (Delivery Driver) to service our Canadian routes. You will drive, upsell products, and provide top customer service while managing route paperwork and payments.

The role includes a four-day workweek pattern and requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills and time management are essential to onboard new customers, retain existing accounts, and meet performance goals on every route.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in customer service and route sales.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers and upsell across all service lines.
• Actively participate in promotions, training and audits.
• Follow policies for installation of new customers and service.
• Maintain customer loyalty and provide outstanding service.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and keep vehicle clean.
• Handle payments and keep route paperwork current.
• Ensure timely deliveries and manage complete textile loads.
• Monitor competitive activity and renew service agreements.
• Return from route with soiled textiles to the facility.
• Prepare route paperwork and follow check-in procedures.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform other tasks as directed.
