Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and sell within an established base, delivering uniforms, towels, and other facility products.

The role is largely a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends and offers base pay plus commissions. Training is provided through a 10-week program, with bonuses and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
