Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Guelph is seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Technician in Guelph, ON. This full-time role offers day and afternoon shifts with an immediate start and direct hire, and provides room for advancement within a growing shop environment.

You will diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and coach systems, work on multiple subsystems, and document repairs accurately while mentoring apprentices and co-op students. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician certification.
• 5+ years of experience with heavy fleet vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills; able to use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy-duty trucks and coach systems.
• Work on steering, braking, cooling, electrical, drivetrains, suspensions, transmissions, and engines.
• Perform test drives to confirm repairs and vehicle performance.
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labour time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support and mentor apprentices and co-op students.
• Assist with additional shop duties as required.
