Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Mechanic in Milton, Ontario. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM–3:30 PM) with a fully indoor shop and a signing bonus of $5,000.

You will work on transit buses and highway coaches in a modern 100,000 sq ft facility with opportunities for long-term career growth. Competitive hourly wages range from $37 to $42, with day-one benefits and RRSP matching after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach License.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a bus/truck mechanic.
• Experience performing MTO inspections and documenting deficiencies.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and fleet maintenance practices.
• Must provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair transit buses and highway coaches.
• Perform major refurbishments including disassembly and reassembly.
• Determine repair scope, adjust equipment, replace defective parts.
• Conduct MTO inspections and document deficiencies.
• Test repaired equipment for optimal performance.
• Work on electrical, HVAC, drivetrain, engines, suspension, braking, and air systems.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (No nights or weekends)

Key Responsibilities: 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Mechanic

• Perform regular maintenance, complex diagnostics, and complete repairs on transit buses and highway coaches.
• Execute major refurbishments, including full disassembly and reassembly of buses.
• Determine the extent of required repairs, adjust equipment, and repair or replace defective parts.
• Conduct mandatory MTO inspections, document deficiencies, and carry out necessary service schedules.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work across various mechanical systems, including:
  • Electrical & Electronics
  • HVAC & Diagnostics
  • Drivetrain & Engines
  • Suspension, Braking, & Air Systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Valid 310T Truck and Coach License.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a bus or truck mechanic.
• Inspection Knowledge: Experience performing MTO inspections and documenting deficiencies.
• Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting with electronic and diagnostic equipment, alongside deep knowledge of fleet maintenance practices.
• Tools: Must provide own necessary hand tools.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand and bend for long periods and lift heavy equipment/materials as required.
• Work Status: Must be a Canadian resident with a safety-oriented, detail-focused, and professional mindset.
