Job summary

National Tank Services, part of the Trimac Family of Companies, is a leader in truck maintenance and tank cleaning across North America. This role focuses on preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers, with a Monday-Friday, full-time, 40-hour week from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, in Mississauga, ON.

The position offers a safety-first culture, comprehensive benefits, and tools to support career growth. Qualified candidates will be licensed 310T mechanics, with Red Seal or CVIP considered assets,

Qualifications

• Licensed 310T Mechanic with at least two years of verifiable experience.
• Ability to work on trucks and trailers.
• Red Seal and CVIP are assets.
• Proficient with hand and air tools.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on the truck; willing to service trailers as needed.
• Inspect tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting and electrical systems; perform PMs and electrical work.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Adhere to company procedures and standards.

Pay Details

• Earn up to $44 per hour
• 10 paid federal sick days
• 3 paid personal days

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on the truck, but must be open to work on trailers as well.
• Preventative maintenance on checking tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PM's, electrical work, brakes, suspension and product pump rebuilds.
• Follow safety and use of proper PPE.
• Follow procedures.

• Two years verifiable mechanic experience.
• Operation of hand and air tools.
