Qualifications

• Fully licensed Heavy Duty Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal).
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
• Experience with inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs across vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical services including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices, supporting their skill development.
• Collaborate with a team on vehicles from passenger cars to light trucks.
• Identify service opportunities in partnership with Sales.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks.

• Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving
