Job summary

Atco Structures & Logistics Ltd is seeking a 2nd Cook to join our Camp Services team in Jansen, SK. The role involves preparing a wide variety of foods and meals to high standards and inspecting food and equipment daily, weekly, and monthly.

We operate a 14-day on, 7-day off rotation and provide accommodations and meals during work rotations. This is a rotational, on-site position with a safety-sensitive pre-employment requirement.

Qualifications

• Completion of a college or other post-secondary program in cooking.
• The candidate must hold a valid food safety certificate.
• 2–3 years' experience as 2nd cook in hotel/restaurant.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Professional communication skills, oral and written.
• Work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meals are prepared and served to the highest standard.
• Support kitchen operations in a professional manner.
• Knowledgeable in safety while operating the required equipment.

Atco Structures & Logistics Ltd is seeking a 2nd Cook to join our Camp Services team in Jansen SK. Where We Work and Live:

The Jansen Discovery Lodge is a workforce housing facility in support of the potash mine. The camp is located 155 kilometers east of Saskatoon, SK.

Our positions work on a 14 day on, 7 days off rotation. Accommodations and meals during your work rotations are provided by the company.

Responsibilities:
