Position Title: Philanthropy Coordinator
Reports To: Manager, Insights & Analytics
Salary Range: $42,040 - $50,000

The Philanthropy Coordinator is an essential member of the Philanthropy team, providing administrative, project coordination and fundraising support that enables the Foundation to achieve its annual fundraising and revenue generation goals. Working collaboratively with Philanthropy team members, the Philanthropy Coordinator assists with donor engagement, grant and proposal coordination, stewardship initiatives and donor communications while ensuring the efficient coordination of fundraising activities and exceptional service to donors and community partners. The role builds fundraising capacity by enabling frontline fundraisers to focus on relationship management, donor engagement and revenue generating activities.

Lakeridge Health Foundation has engaged Predictive Success Corporation to assist with the selection process for the position of Philanthropy Coordinator. Their analytics tool, the Predictive Index Behaviour Assessment, is a science-based, online behavioural assessment that provides objective data identifying the unique motivating drives and behaviours of prospective and current staff.
