Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking experienced Operators to coordinate emergency response, monitor events, and dispatch resources to client facilities province-wide. The role supports a 24/7 command center linking field staff, management, on-call personnel, and subcontractors.

You will direct officers, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain detailed logs while using integrated security platforms. Canada work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• BC Security License or ability to obtain.
• 1 year in security industry preferred.
• Experience in control centre or dispatch operations.
• Familiar with access control software and CCTV/intrusion systems.
• Proficient with security hardware and Photo ID systems.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills; fast typing.
• Legal to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm events, live incidents, and surveillance video.
• Dispatch emergency services and security staff as needed.
• Triage after-hours service requests and tech issues.
• Maintain incident logs and evidence reports.
• Operate integrated software platforms (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion).
• Handle high-volume communications via phone, email, and systems.
• Stay calm and professional in high-stress scenarios.
• Perform other duties to meet operational needs.
