Job summary

Trellis is seeking a 24/7 Program Supervisor to provide leadership within the 24/7 youth and family programs in Calgary. You will guide day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure service delivery aligns with contract requirements, portfolio scope, and Trellis values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Human Services with youth and families.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and computer literacy.
• Ability to work with vulnerable populations and challenging behaviours.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work with a team and independently.
• Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.
• Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record and liability insurance.
• Standard First Aid & CPR certification.
• Clear Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector and Child Intervention checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of 24/7 programs.
• Coach and mentor staff and practicum students.
• Ensure program delivery meets CAC standards and contract requirements.
• Foster healthy team dynamics and Trellis values.
• Develop and deliver client-centered initiatives and activities.
• Maintain safe, livable program environments and manage monthly budgets.
