Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in console operations or related experience.
• Grade 12 completed with computer operations training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• 7x24 monitoring of system, batch processing and recovery actions.
• Use Incident / Problem Management Process to report delays and escalate as required.
• Answer calls from Support, Call Centers and Customers; open tickets and follow escalation.
• End-to-end management of incidents, major incidents, problems, and changes while meeting SLAs.
• Perform System IPLs / Reboots and System Audits per procedures.
• Maintain production/batch schedules and ensure availability and performance.
