Job summary

Kyndryl Regina is seeking a Console Operator to monitor and manage a multi‑platform environment on a 24/7 basis. You will trouble‑shoot, log incidents, and coordinate with support teams to resolve issues with fast response times.

The role requires a Grade 12 equivalent with computer operations training, and a willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts including evenings and weekends in Regina, SK.

Qualifications

• Experience in console operations or related roles.
• Completion of Grade 12 with computer operations training.
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 monitoring of systems and batch processing.
• Respond to incidents and outages per ITIL processes.
• Open tickets, escalate as needed, and track resolution progress.
• Perform system reboots, IPLs, and routine audits.
• Coordinate with support and clients to maintain SLAs.
• Maintain accurate console operation documentation.
