The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience supporting large ZOS mainframe systems and a strong understanding of Unix and Wintel servers. This full-time role involves working closely with various infrastructure components and assisting with incident management. On-site work is required at the Guelph location.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting large ZOS mainframe systems.
• 5-8+ years of demonstrated knowledge with Unix and Wintel servers.
• Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OPS Services and infrastructure 24/7/365 to ensure availability.
• Respond to high priority requests and incidents.
• Provide system updates/upgrades and apply patches.
