Job summary

Oliver Elementary School in Oliver, BC, is seeking an Intermediate Teacher for a 1.0 FTE temporary appointment from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (or earlier return of incumbent). The successful candidate will hold a degree in elementary education and current BC Teacher Certification.

Qualifications Required
  • degree in elementary education ;
  • recent successful classroom experience teaching at the elementary level;
  • ability to model, teach and foster social, emotional and cultural awareness;

  • demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the professional community at the school and district level;
