Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a Distribution Equipment Operator for the night shift. You will oversee packaging lines, monitor materials, and ensure smooth transitions between teams during the 7:00 pm to 7:30 am shift.

Qualifications

  • Post secondary or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 - 3 years manufacturing related experience.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains communication within production team member ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.
  • Monitors raw materials, supplies to ensure efficient production
  • Determine acceptable quality ranges on packaging
  • Coordinate communication between palletizing and Filler operations
  • Safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment
  • Knowledge and execution of any downstream job tasks as the business requires

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday. The hourly rate for the role is $22.34 with a night shift premium of $1
