Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a QC Technician for a 12-month contract to perform analytical, batch, line and microbiological testing of food products on the night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

You will test pH, Brix, solids, density, sodium, sensory evaluation, and packaging integrity; manage NCRs; collect samples; and assist investigations.

Qualifications

• Food Science or related post-secondary education preferred.
• 1+ year of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data-entry skills and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday. The hourly rate for the role is $29.99 with a night shift premium of $1
