Our Supply Chain Programme

Supply Chain is the backbone of Kerry Dairy Ireland’s operations—connecting our network of Irish family farms to our manufacturing sites and ultimately to our customers across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. With a vertically integrated model and a strong retail and foodservice presence, our supply chain teams ensure that every step of the journey—from milk intake to final product delivery—is efficient, sustainable, and customer-focused.

What You Might Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, including demand planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborating with teams across production, procurement, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of dairy products.
• Leading or contributing to projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Using data and digital tools to analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gaining exposure to our end-to-end supply chain—from raw milk intake to finished goods distribution.
• You’ll build deep functional expertise while developing the confidence and skills to grow your career in a purpose-driven business.

• You’re on track for a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport or a related discipline
