By working as an Administrative Assistant, Summer Student, you will have the opportunity to work and meet people from across various departments, by providing administrative support covering desks during short- and long-term absences.
Success in this position requires excellent communication, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Summer students should be ready to commit to working full-time in our Calgary office for the months of June to August 2025. For the Summer Student, Administrative Assistant role, in-office attendance is required Monday through Friday. This promotes collaboration, mentorship, and involvement in cross-department initiatives, helping students build essential workforce skills. By being present in the office, students will have the opportunity to interact directly with experienced professionals, participate in team meetings and projects, and gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations dynamics. This immersive environment will enable students to develop strong professional relationships and receive immediate feedback and guidance, which are crucial components of professional growth and development.
