Job summary

Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. is seeking a 1st Party Collection Agent (Debt Recovery Account Manager) to handle delinquent accounts under 60 days, in a bilingual (French-English) environment.

You will communicate with customers, review documents, arrange payments, and strive to meet weekly collection targets within a supportive UPLevel/ISC framework. Based in a hybrid work arrangement, you will join a team dedicated to high-quality customer care, multi-language client support, and growth

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• High level of communications skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, soft phone apps and various CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers using email and phone calls.

We are looking for a 1st Party Collection Agent (internally referred to as Debt Recovery Account Manager), to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will be focusing on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Reporting to Manager, Debt Recovery, other highlights include:

• Communicate with customers using email and phone calls.
• Send and receive various documents to update accounts.
• Find solutions and arrange payment(s).
• Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
• Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
• Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.

What you’ll need:

• Bilingual in French and English.
• High level of communications skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Have knowledge of computer software like, Microsoft suit, soft phone applications and different CRM Systems.
• 1-2 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
