Prior hospitality experience is an asset. The role involves taking orders, handling POS, and ensuring guest satisfaction with a strong emphasis on service standards and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take and relay food and beverage orders.

• Use POS and credit card systems.
• Handle complaints and concerns of members and guests.
• Provide product knowledge on food/beverage items.
• Follow and execute food/beverage prep charts.
• Communicate with the kitchen about quantities as needed.
• Keep equipment and area clean.
• Be aware of surroundings on the course.
• Maintain respectful golf etiquette on the course.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Taking and relaying food and beverage orders.
• Accurately entering orders and member numbers
• Ability to use POS and credit card systems
• Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests.
• Providing food and beverage product knowledge.
• Following and executing food and beverage prep charts
• Communicating to the kitchen when needed regarding food quantities
• Keeping the equipment and area clean
• Being aware of your surroundings while on the course
• Respectful golf etiquette on the course
• Identify and report infractions to supervisors as necessary

Qualifications and Skills Requirements
