Job summary

Position Summary

The custodian will perform cleaning functions and minor repairs and maintenance while maintaining the safety and security of the building.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Forty (40) hours per week.

Qualifications

• - Ability to read, write and understand English.
• - Physical ability to carry out the requirements of the job.
• - Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• - Demonstrated regular attendance at work.
• - Able to prioritize and multi-task
• - Computer experience required
• - Valid G Driver’s License and access to reliable personal vehicle
