Job summary

Superior-Greenstone District School Board is seeking a custodian to perform cleaning and minor repairs while ensuring building safety and security.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (40 hours/week) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience, be able to read/write English, and hold a valid G license with reliable vehicle access.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated regular attendance at work.
• Able to prioritize and multitask.
• Computer experience required.
• Valid G Driver’s License and access to reliable personal vehicle.

Position Summary

The custodian will perform cleaning functions and minor repairs and maintenance while maintaining the safety and security of the building.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Forty (40) hours per week.
