1. Explore the current market trend and audience preferences.
2. Set social media marketing goals and create strategies for social media posts.
3. Take care of ROI and prepare proper reports for it.
4. Develop eye-catching content, compile, edit, and publish the content on a regular basis.
5. Observe the SEO as well as web traffic for optimizing the content.
6. Collaborate with the other teams in the organization such as the marketing team, sales team, client service, etc. for maintaining brand consistency.
7. Interact with social media followers and promptly attend to their queries.
8. Consider all the client’s and follower’s reviews on social media.
9. Manage the social media account design including the layout of the blogs and the other textual contents posted, account timeline, and profile picture.
10. Ensure that the social media handles convey the right messages and ideas, adhering to the organization’s rules, regulations, and objectives.
11. Suggest and initiate the application of new features for creating brand awareness.
12. Be well-versed with the current market trends, technologies, designing tools, etc.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing and other related courses.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
3. Experience in developing social media content and strategies.
4. Good knowledge of content management systems.
5. Full understanding of SEO and social media.
6. Outstanding copywriting abilities.
7. General understanding of web designs.
8. Great verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong time management skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capabilities.
10. A keen eye for details with respect to content and strategy.
