About This Role:
As a Medical Excellence and Operations Senior Analyst, you will join our dynamic PHSP team, working closely with local PHSP leaders to align strategic priorities at the local level. Your role is critical in executing cross-functional process owner networks, ensuring accountability with external vendor partners such as operational vendors and laboratories, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Legal & Compliance. By supporting and executing local PHSP initiatives, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track PHSP activities, and ensure alignment with global and local objectives. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the successful execution of the PHSP strategic plan under the guidance of the local area lead, all while adhering to company guidelines, SOPs, and best practices.
What You’ll Do:
Support budget tracking against projects and assist in the business reviews.
Provide tracking and reporting of PHSP plans to foster a culture of performance and executional excellence.
Manage financial operations including PO issuance, invoice management, and supplier payment alignment.
Offer operational support in external engagements, ensuring alignment with vendors and managing material submissions.
Coordinate materials review and support pharmacovigilance and quality monitoring.
Contribute to the successful delivery of local initiatives related to pipeline products and projects.
Support the implementation of governance structures aligned with core values and ensure audit readiness and compliance monitoring.
Assist in local medical leadership meetings and support strategic initiatives aimed at process optimization.
Proactively identify process issues and support continuous improvement programs to drive operational efficiencies.

You are flexible in the face of change, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and resilience. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, complements your strong experience with IT tools and medical department procedures.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sciences.
Experience in a pharmaceutical company or PHSP-related industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively.
Written and verbal fluency in English. Fluency preferred.
Experience with common medical department procedures/SOPs and IT software such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-Visio, OneNote, Office365, I-Procurement, Oracle.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in supporting audits and inspections.
Previous administrative experience is desired.
Strong team player capable of coordinating complex projects.
Advanced degree with strong professional experience in Medical Affairs, Business, Operational, Finance, and/or PHSP services.
