A tech company in Brazil is looking for a professional to facilitate ART events and enhance cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners in lean-agile principles. Responsibilities include managing the ART calendar, optimizing value flow, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Knowledge of JIRA is essential and Salesforce knowledge is appreciated.
Orchestrates major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence.
Facilitates problem-solving and cross‑team collaboration.
Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean‑agile principles.
Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.
Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
Links business strategy to technical execution.
Salesforce knowledge is appreciated
