You will be Bipa's first Product person and will have a strategic and highly influential role in defining the company's future. This includes establishing the product foundations, structuring the flow between areas, connecting business with execution, and ensuring that decisions are always anchored in data and what truly generates value.

We're looking for someone with solid experience who thinks like an owner and feels comfortable in environments with multiple regulatory, technical, and operational variables. Your mission will be to ensure we're solving the right problems, in the best possible way, with efficiency and pace.

• Deeply understand our users, products, and the crypto/financial ecosystem, including regulation, liquidity, and business models
• Establish the discovery, prioritization, and delivery flow with a vision of efficiency and scale
• Gather, organize, and prioritize strategic demands together with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and business
• Explore data autonomously and guide decisions based on evidence (quantitative and qualitative)
• Define goals, track KPIs, and ensure deliveries that move the company's key metrics
• Present results, learnings, and next steps with clarity, constantly aligning with leadership
• Identify growth, efficiency, and new product opportunities in rapid test/learning cycles
• Promote and strengthen the product culture in the company (experimentation, impact, agility, user focus)
• Ensure alignment between areas, with fluid communication and focus on shared context

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in fintechs, exchanges, digital banks, or highly regulated environments
• Strong sense of ownership: ability to handle complex end-to-end initiatives, even with low initial definition
• Ability to navigate between strategy and execution with depth — from leadership sessions to architecture decisions with engineering
• Familiarity with blockchain, Lightning Network, and custody
• Knowledge of Pix, Banking, and credit cards (FIDC, revolving credit, risk)
• Data-driven vision with ability to build analyses, dashboards, and own analyses using tools like Metabase, Amplitude, Firebase, FullStory, etc.
• Intimacy with SQL and autonomy to generate your own insights from structured and unstructured data
• Communication clarity — both written and verbal — to engage leadership, peers, and operational areas
• Technical background and previous experience with complex engineering projects
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, scope, and trade-offs with engineers
• User-centered mindset without losing focus on business objectives
• Advanced English

• Knowledge of trading, stablecoins, Bitcoin custody
• Knowledge of BACEN, SPB, financial regulation and legislation
• Experience with B2C products with high user volume
• Experience in high-growth environments
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategies
• Education or specialization in digital product management
