Our client is an industrial multinational headquartered in Central Europe with a global presence, currently expanding its B2B distribution network in Brazil.

Its portfolio consists of high-precision engineering solutions for the machining sector (CNC machining centers and lathes), featuring products known for advanced technology, superior quality, precision, and high added value.

This will be the company’s first hire in Brazil. The selected professional will be responsible for driving sales, managing the local operation, providing technical support to clients, and developing strategic distribution partnerships — with a strong focus on opening new markets and strengthening the existing customer base. The position reports directly to the Global Sales Director, and fluency in English communication is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Representing the company's interests as part of customer acquisition and customer support activities
  • Negotiation skills according to general guidelines for key account managers
  • Planning and implementation of strategic customer acquisitions
  • Customer support planning and training following consultation with sales / technical department
Executive work
  • Sales of driven and static precision toolholders for CNC turning centers in Brazil
  • Follow-up on sales leads and open quotations
  • Identification of potential customers and execution of all preliminary work
  • Support for sales partners, key accounts, and development of new business opportunities
  • Transparent client advisory and resolution of technical issues
  • Preparation and on-site presentation of tailored solutions to customers
  • Communication of customer and market requirements to the company
Monitoring of market trends and competitors
  • Development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with relevant organizational units
  • Creation and delivery of customized presentations to demonstrate company solutions, product overviews, and training sessions
  • Responsible for presenting product offers, tracking proposals, and conducting commercial negotiations
  • Preparation of order summaries in collaboration with the Sales Office
  • Participation in local trade shows, company-organized exhibitions, and events hosted by key customers
  • Follow-up on trade show contacts (prioritization, visits, outreach)
  • Overall responsibility for customer relationship management
