• Consult with the hiring manager and compensation as needed to develop the offer package
• Extend and negotiate the offer package
• Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information in the Recruiting System and provide new hire information to the appropriate HR Administrative processing contacts in a timely, accurate and complete manner
