• Salary range: $27.50 - $44.00 per hour, with a hiring range for new employees generally between $27.50 - $35.75 per hour, DOE.

• Monitor sites for regulatory and company policy compliance through quarterly on-site reviews.
• Verify compliance with rules and regulations from various funding sources, Fair Housing standards, and organizational policies.
• Recommend corrective actions to resolve noncompliance issues and assist property managers in implementing solutions.
• Provide compliance-related consultative services to site managers and administrative staff.
• Identify trends in noncompliance and suggest changes to policies, procedures, and training.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a housing regulatory agency.
• Experience in multi-regional property management is preferred.
• Certifications such as Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), or Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) are desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to affordable multi-family housing development.

• Additional certifications such as Site Compliance Specialist (SCS) or Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM).
• Experience working in a nonprofit housing organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-starter attitude with a focus on completing tasks and achieving goals.
• Familiarity with various funding sources and compliance standards in the housing sector.
