A leading technology solutions provider in Brazil is seeking a talented individual to manage and execute client loyalty programs. This remote role involves designing loyalty strategies, collaborating with IT teams, and ensuring high-quality operations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the credit card or payments industry and strong familiarity with First Data systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of IT experience, or high school diploma and 4 years of IT experience.
- 3 years in the credit card or payments industry.
- Hands-on experience with First Data systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement loyalty strategies for client programs.
- Collaborate with IT Testing Team for program tests.
- Monitor promotions and report validation results.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the credit card or payments industry
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with First Data systems
- Strong demonstration of experience with First Data Fiserv/First Data systems
- Experience with First Data systems including DMM, IDP, and AFP
- Hands-on experience with First Data Rewards systems or other credit card loyalty programs
- Proven ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and quality orientation
