Growth Marketer
Job summary
A leading marketing firm in Brazil is looking for a Growth Marketer to handle growth marketing tasks, analytics, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time remote role aimed at developing effective growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition and retention.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for growth marketing tasks and analytics.
- Design and implement new growth strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions.
Skills
We are looking for a Growth Marketer that will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to growth marketing, marketing analytics, growth hacking, lead generation, and web analytics. They will be expected to work independently and remotely.
- Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Lead Generation skills.
- 5+ years with a proven experience in Google ads-Meta and TiK Tok.
- Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills.
- Experience in driving user acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision making.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced level of English (C2 and above)
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Design and implement new growth strategies to attract new passengers.
- 100% remote.
