Your Mission

We are looking for an SDR Team Leader to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our Head of SDR and Marketing Operations, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the LATAM market by running a team focused on uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Prospecting to generate new business opportunities – this will be a key focus as we grow the team to the point you move to only management.
  2. Managing, onboarding, and training a small but growing team of SDRs who are responsible for generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.
  3. Tracking and measuring key performance indicators for yourself and your team.
  4. Demonstrating best practices and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients – and passing this on to your team.
  5. Managing your time efficiently and prioritizing your workload to generate your own results as well as your team's.
  6. Proactively engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships.
  7. Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers.
  8. Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research & passing this on to your team.
  9. Developing sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts & sharing and working on these with your team.
  10. Utilizing your own and your team's resources to have an efficient outbound program.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of Sales Development experience, ideally both inbound and outbound experience.
  2. Previous Payments Industry experience preferred.
  3. Ambition to lead and manage others as well as maintaining your own quota.
  4. Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  5. Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
  6. Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  7. Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
