Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing manager in the delivery of the strategic planning of the products under its management;
  • Implement the marketing plans that includes Promotions Strategy, Marketing Materials, Media Partnership, and Key Performance Indicators;
  • It is responsible for maintaining all the management of promotional actions (visitors, delegates and exhibitors) as well as strategies for audience engagement and inbound marketing);
  • Support suppliers (PR agency, ads agency, photo and film, database and others) and manage the marketing team, ensuring the quality and deadline accomplishment;
  • Keep up with the main metrics/KPI through monthly reports.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism and related areas;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in strategic marketing plan and people/team management.
  • Post graduation in Marketing and/or Business Management;
  • Advanced Spanish.
  • MS Office;
  • Eloqua and AEM (desirable).
