- Analyze academic assessment data and report results to influence institutional decision‑making
- Develop and provide training and resources for faculty and staff on assessment practices
- Oversee compliance reporting systems and ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation requirements
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as higher education or social science (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred)
- Prior experience in assessment of educational and institutional effectiveness
- Experience in higher education, preferably with reaccreditation processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with statistical analysis software and assessment management systems
- Knowledge of current trends in higher education assessment and accreditation standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
