Job summary
A global insurer in São Paulo is seeking a Legal Resolver to manage litigation and regulatory processes. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Law program and possesses basic knowledge of Civil Law and Insurance Law. You will negotiate settlements and coordinate external counsel, all while enjoying benefits like medical coverage and a hybrid work model.

- Manage litigation and regulatory processes within defined thresholds.
- Negotiate settlements according to allocated authority limits.
- Coordinate external counsel and collect evidence for defense.
- Assess technical reserves, payment requests, and settlements.
- Track and update case statuses.

- Manage a portfolio of litigation and regulatory processes according to predefined internal thresholds.
- Negotiate settlements in line with allocated authority limits.
- Coordinate external counsel and collect case evidence for company defense.
- Assess technical reserve construction, payment requests, and settlement agreements.
- Track and update case status.
- Current enrollment in a Law program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Insurance Law.
- Familiarity with electronic court platforms (PJe, E‑SAJ, Projudi, etc.).
- Excellent technical and legal writing skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
