A leading telecommunications company in São Paulo is seeking a Lawyer with expertise in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law. The ideal candidate must be a Law graduate, fluent in English, and experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating bilingual contracts. Responsibilities include managing internal legal cases, supporting project bidding, and providing legal consultation related to various legal matters. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.

Qualificações

• Experience in in-house legal roles is preferred.

Job Description

• Lawyer with work experience and knowledge in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;
• Manage internal cases and disputes with the external law firms;

Support project bidding. Experience to draft, review and negotiate contracts like, sales, services, Outsourcing / Purchase, Memorandum of understanding (MOU), Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), etc.

• Experience to prepare bilingual contracts (Portuguese and English), and some daily process operating like the payment;

Provide legal consultation related to customs, tariffs, tax and fiscal matters and any other emergency. provide legal opinions, advises and orientation in the daily work of the company.

Qualification

• Must be graduated in Law;
• Experience in the topics descriptions, especially in-house legal experience;
• Experience in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;
• Fluent in English language to communicate and write documents;

Responsible and proactive, good communication skills as team player.
