Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Workday Analyst to support configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configurations.

You will also help train cross-functional teams on Workday concepts and support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment. This is a remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM and related configurations.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits setup in Workday.
• Experience with Report Writer or custom dashboards in Workday.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
