BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear functional requirements and aligning projects with strategic goals. This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere while delivering impactful software solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, write precise user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, and participate in Agile ceremonies to keep momentum.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related IT field.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog refinement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades
