Job summary

CARLTON CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Welding Site Supervisor to lead a team on construction projects.

You will supervise daily tasks, oversee welding and installation work from drawings, and ensure quality and safety on site. The role requires experience reading construction drawings, understanding welding procedures and quality requirements, and strong communication with site supervisors and engineers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a welding team on construction sites.
• Ability to read construction drawings and welding procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Singapore construction site experience and relevant welding certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the welding team and assign daily tasks.
