UBS in São Paulo is seeking an analyst to join the Funds Administration – NAV & Fund Accounting team. You will perform NAV calculations, reconciliations, and prepare NAV packages, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on fund events, corporate actions, and financial reporting, with opportunities to improve processes and automation while coordinating with custodians, administrators, and service providers.

Qualificações

• Experience in Fund Administration, preferably NAV, Fund Accounting, or Fund Operations.
• Knowledge of NAV calculation, fund accounting, reconciliations, and fund events.
• Understanding of portfolio valuation methodologies, accruals, corporate actions, and financial reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of investment fund operations and regulatory environments (CVM, Anbima, Federal Revenue Service, and Central Bank).
• Familiarity with fund accounting systems, pricing vendors, and operational controls.

Responsabilidades

• Support processing and review of fund events, including corporate actions, accruals, fees, expenses, and valuation adjustments.

• Monitor fund portfolio data, pricing sources, and accounting records for consistency and internal controls.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvements of NAV and Fund Accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Do you have experience with investment funds, fund accounting, and NAV calculation?

We are looking for an analyst to:

• perform daily calculation and validation of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of investment funds, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established deadlines
• carry out cash, position, asset, and accounting record reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies with custodians, administrators, brokers, and service providers
• support the processing and review of fund events, including corporate actions, accruals, fees, expenses, and valuation adjustments
• prepare, validate, and deliver accounting reports, NAV packages, financial information, and regulatory disclosures
• monitor fund portfolio data, pricing sources, and accounting records to ensure consistency and compliance with internal controls
• contribute to the automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of NAV and Fund Accounting processes

You will be part of the Funds Administration – NAV & Fund Accounting team, based in São Paulo, working in a collaborative, quality-focused, and control-oriented environment responsible for the valuation and accounting of investment funds.

The team plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of fund valuations, the quality of financial information, and regulatory compliance, while supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Skills And Experience

• experience in Fund Administration, preferably in NAV, Fund Accounting, or Fund Operations
• knowledge of NAV calculation, fund accounting, reconciliations, and fund events
• understanding of portfolio valuation methodologies, accruals, corporate actions, and financial reporting processes
• strong knowledge of investment fund operations and applicable regulatory environments (CVM, Anbima, Federal Revenue Service, and Central Bank)
• familiarity with fund accounting systems, pricing vendors, and operational controls
• strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset
• ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team
• ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo
• intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese is desirable.
