Nubank is seeking a Backoffice Manager for Investments Operations in São Paulo, Brazil. You will oversee post-trade tasks, data control, and regulatory compliance within the Investment Business Unit.

You will lead the operations team and coordinate with product and tech to set priorities and ensure compliance across investments products. The role requires experience in investments, strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management, with a preference for English proficiency.

About the Role

The Backoffice Manager is responsible for running the investments operations team, taking care of post-trade tasks, data control, and regulatory compliance. Ensure that all transactions are processed, settled, and recorded correctly and that operational processes are within the limits of compliance with international and regulatory standards for all investments products. We are searching for a Backoffice Manager to work in the Investment Business Unit within Nubank, which aims to disrupt the investment market in Brazil, offering the best investment products to retail clients. The Backoffice Manager is responsible for running the investments operations team, taking care of post-trade tasks, data control, and regulatory compliance. Ensure that all transactions are processed, settled, and recorded correctly and that operational processes are within the limits of compliance with international and regulatory standards for all investments products.

You will be responsible for:
