UBS in São Paulo is seeking a Finance Intern to support daily accounting, regulatory reporting, and basic management reporting.

You will reconcile data, assist audits, and help automate reconciliations while learning how finance operations keep numbers accurate for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are studying Accounting, Administration, Economics or related fields with graduation after Dec 2027 and are ready to work on site.

Qualificações

• currently studying Accounting, Administration, Economics or related fields, with expected graduation in or after Dec/2027.
• curiosity about financial operations and regulatory reporting, with a hands on, learn by doing mindset
• confidence using spreadsheets (Excel formulas/pivot tables) and willingness to learn new tools
• strong attention to detail and a habit of double checking work for accuracy
• clear communication in Portuguese and, ideally, English (advanced level is a plus)
• availability to work on site in our São Paulo office
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Your team

You'll join our Finance team in São Paulo. We safeguard the integrity of financial results-daily and monthly-so clients, regulators and investors can rely on them. As an intern, the quality and timeliness of your work will help us deliver precise statutory and group reporting under IFRS-and keep our reputation for getting the details right with charm and care.
