Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched with accuracy and compliance. You will maintain order and safety, oversee stock levels, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer schedules.

Candidates with relevant experience and a valid forklift license are preferred; a Class 3 driving license is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse
• Ensure goods are properly received, checked, stored, picked, packed and dispatched
• Maintain proper arrangement and organization of goods in the warehouse
• Ensure stock is stored safely and according to company requirements
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety and security
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods
• Plan and arrange daily local deliveries according to customer requirements and delivery schedules
• Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
