Position Overview

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate in a safe, yet an extremely high-paced, fluid environment. At the core, you must have the ability to safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in everything we do. You are responsible for the daily oversight of warehouse employees and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day shift operations across warehouse functions such as selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, safety, sanitation, replenishment, and product storage in a Grocery, Perishables, or Freezer Warehouse environment.
2. Manage and supervise Warehouse Associates in fulfilling customer orders and general warehouse operations.
3. Instruct and oversee Warehouse Associates in following quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
4. Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop employee performance plans; coach, mentor, and guide staff accordingly.
5. Manage KPIs including Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
6. Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits; encourage responsibility and ownership among Associates.
7. Investigate accidents and document findings per company guidelines.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environments include Freezer (-20F to 0F), Perishable (28F to 60F), and Grocery (50F to 90F).

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of warehouse operations; experience with Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management is a plus.
• People management, dependability, and deadline orientation.
• Physical ability to move merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs., stand/walk for 10-12 hours.
• 2-5 years of related warehouse experience; supervisory experience managing 15+ associates preferred.
• Educational qualifications include High School Diploma or higher.

Shift & Company Details

3rd Shift: 4:30pm to 2:30am or 7pm to 5:30am.
