DHL Brazil is seeking a procurement professional to manage the Equipment and Racks category and lead sourcing initiatives within the corporate procurement function. This role will coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure compliance and value delivery.

Responsibilities include contract management, applying sourcing methodologies, and driving cost reductions while supporting DHL Business Units in Brazil. Travel to OPS and DHL Brazil bases may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Interaction with other countries to share best practices and category strategy.
• Occasional trips to OPS and DHL Brazil Bases.
• Monitoring of procurement and BU base KPIs.

Job Purpose

• Carry out requested purchases considering the sourcing process, including contractual management and total management of your sourcing category, based on necessary compliance, assigning the required prices and quality aligned and approved by the requesting area.

• Analysis and cost reduction (via global targets defined for the category)
• Management of global, regional and local KPIs for your category
• Support to all DHL Business Units in Brazil
• SRM (Supplier Management – supply chain monitoring including risk analysis)
• QBR with suppliersService to global, regional and local compliance of the respective Business Unit
• Assistance to start‑ups of new operations within the specific category
• Interaction with other countries to share best practices and category strategy
• Occasional trips to OPS and DHL Brazil Bases
• Monitoring of general local, regional and global procurement and BU base KPIs

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree – preference for Engineering or Business Administration
• Experience in procurement – at least 5 years
• Proficiency in English and Spanish – reading, writing and speaking
• Great communication style and analytical skills

Business Partners relationship

• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal customers in scope
• Provide advice and support to internal customers with specifications
• Contribute to successful cooperation between region/country and sourcing community
• Explain facts, policies and practices related to your job area
• Develop a network of contacts to build relationships and strengthen organisational, product and market knowledge
